Please be as detailed as possible to expedite your repair; a Trilithic representative will be in touch soon to issue an RMA number.
After you've received an RMA number, but prior to Trilithic performing any repairs and/or upgrades, we will need the appropriate payment information.
Trilithic now offers a guaranteed expedited repair service on certain instruments.
Turnaround time on this service is 5 business days from the date of receipt. There is an additional charge for this service.
